The COMMUNITY SHOWCASE is a special day for the youth and families of Chicago where local talent from across the city audition for a chance to perform on the Main Stage on September 25.

The MAINSTAGE is our main festival day and we are taking AAHH! Fest to a whole new level with a brand new ALL Star line-up of legendary Hip-Hop and R&B artists!

FESTIVAL GUIDE

AGE

The COMMUNITY Day will run on the 24th September Doors from 11:00am – 3:00pm and is open to all ages.The MAIN Festival will run on the 25th September Doors from 1:00pm – 11:00pm and is open to ages 18 and older.Proper identification will be required.

HOURS

The Park will open at 1:00pm and close at 11:00pm.

PHOTOGRAPHY

No video recorders and no cameras with detachable lenses will be allowed.

RE-ENTRY

There will be no re-entry into the Park.

ALCOHOL

No alcohol will be allowed into the Park. All purses, backpacks, bags will be searched upon entry. No exceptions. Alcohol may not be purchased by or served to anyone under 21.

All media inquires and requests for credentials should be sent to media@aahhfest.com or call 844-312-AAHH.

PARKING

Street parking is available around the Park, but it is limited. Public transportation is strongly suggested. The Park is close walking distance (2 mins) from the Green Line, Ashland-Lake stop.

REFUNDS

There will be no refunds issued for tickets. If you cannot attend, you may give your ticket to another guest. Note, each ticket will only scan once; duplicate tickets are will not be accepted.

ZERO TOLERANCE

Possessing or using any illegal substances outside or inside of the festival grounds will not be tolerated. Narcotics officers, security, and staff will be working in and around Union Park enforcing all drug-related laws. Violators in possession of illegal substances will be prosecuted. If you appear to be intoxicated at the entrance of the festival, security will not allow you to enter the Park. Event Producers reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

MEDICAL

It is important to stay hydrated and to eat throughout the day; if you need medical assistance please visit the Wellness Tent. There will also be Wellness Team members walking around the festival grounds in bright Orange shirts. Please let them know if you or someone near you needs assistance.

GRILLING

There will be no grilling allowed on festival grounds.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Glowsticks, large lounge chairs, tents, knives or anything deemed a weapon, video or audio recording devices, professional cameras, pets, food, glass containers, aerosol cans of ANY kind, drugs or drug paraphernalia, unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling or giveaways.

WEATHER

The AAHH Fest will proceed Rain or Shine! If rain is in the forecast, please dress accordingly, however, umbrellas are not allowed on the festival grounds. Please understand that we will do our best to continue the show; however if there is extreme inclement weather that poses a threat to artists or festival attendees, the organizers reserve the right to delay or cancel any part of the show, without refunds.
